American Axle announces full $111.41 million redemption of notes

Kansas City, Kan., Oct. 4 - American Axle & Manufacturing Inc. has redeemed all of its remaining 5¼% senior notes due Feb. 11, 2014 following the tender offer that ended Oct. 1, according to a notice.

As previously reported, the company said holders tendered $137.8 million of its $250 million notes by the early tender deadline on Sept. 17.

The remaining $111,405,000 of the notes have been redeemed at 106.541, effective Oct. 3, the notice said.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.
