Hockey Co. upsizes seven-year notes to $125 million, price talk 11¼%-11½%

St. Louis, Mo., March 22 -The Hockey Co. increased its offering of senior secured notes due 2009 (B2/B) to $125 million from $115 million and market sources heard price talk of 11¼% to 11½% on the deal.

The deal is expected to price Tuesday.

Jefferies & Co. is bookrunner on the Rule 144A notes, which are non-callable for four years.

Proceeds are earmarked to repay bank debt.
