HKR buys back HK$20 million of its convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 16 - HKR International Ltd. announced it bought back a total of $20 million of its convertible bonds.

The company bought $14.4 million principal amount of the convertibles on Oct. 16 at 106, paying a total of HK$15.264 million.

The company also repurchased $5.6 million principal amount on Oct. 15 at 105, paying a total of HK$5.88 million.

HKR is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
