AMR accepts $61.85 million notes in tender offer for 22 series of notes

New York, Nov. 27 - AMR Corp. announced it wrapped cash tender offers for 22 series of notes, accepting $61,849,344 of the $333.38 million principal amount outstanding.
The offers expired at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 22. They began on Oct. 24.
The amount accepted and tender consideration for each $1,000 principal amount of notes tendered, which ranged from $930.00 to $1,050.00, are listed in the table below. Noteholders who tendered also received accrued interest up to but excluding the payment date.
The tender offer for each series of notes was not conditioned upon the other offers.
The company said $276,502,656 principal amount of notes remains outstanding.
Morgan Stanley (800 624-1808 or 212 761-5746) is dealer manager for the offers, and Global Bondholder Services Corp. (866 795-2200) is the information agent.
AMR is the parent company of American Airlines, Inc., a passenger airline based in Fort Worth, Texas.
