American Airlines offers private $663.38 million EETCs in two parts

New York, March 5 - American Airlines, Inc. is planning to price $663,378,000 of enhanced equipment trust certificates in two tranches, according to a press release on Tuesday.

The notes will be secured by eight Boeing aircraft.

Pricing will be done under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

The commercial airline is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
