American Airlines to sell $350 million senior notes due 2022

Chicago, May 16 – American Airlines Group Inc. announced a proposed offering of $350 million of senior notes due 2022, according to a company news release.

Proceeds from the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes will be used to fund contributions to the company’s pension plans.

American Airlines is a Fort Worth-based airline company.
