Moody's assigns Aa3 to Hillsborough County school bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an underlying Aa3 rating and stable outlook to Hillsborough County School Board, Fla.'s certificates of participation, series 2008A.

Sale of the $109.83 million COPs offering is expected on June 30.

Moody's also affirmed the Aa3 underlying rating on $943.5 million of COPs previously issued under the same master lease as the current issue.
