Hilite International to launch $150 million seven-year notes at JP Morgan High Yield Conference

St. Louis, Jan. 28 - Hilite International Inc. will present its $150 million offering of seven-year senior subordinated notes (expected ratings B3/B) on Wednesday at the JP Morgan High Yield Conference.

The offering will subsequently be presented to investors in Boston on Feb. 7 and in New York City Feb. 8. Pricing is expected late in the week of Feb. 7.

The notes will come with three years of call protection.

JP Morgan will run the books for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering. NatCity Investments will be the co-manager.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

Hilite International is a Cleveland precision valve manufacturer for the automotive industry.
