Hilite International $150 million seven-year notes talked 10¾%, to price Friday

St. Louis, Feb. 10 - Hilite International Inc.'s $150 million offering of seven-year senior subordinated notes (B3/B) is talked to yield 10¾%, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected on Friday.

JP Morgan has the books for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering. NatCity Investments is the co-manager.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

Hilite International is a Cleveland-based precision valve manufacturer for the automotive industry.
