Moody's confirms Highwoods

Moody's Investors Service confirmed the ratings of Highwoods Realty LP, including the senior unsecured debt at Ba1.

The outlook is stable and assumes that Highwoods will be current in its regulatory filings by the third-quarter 2006.

This rating action concludes Moody's review and reflects the recent refinancing of its bank credit facility and term loan and the filing of its 2005 10-K.
