Highland Capital Management four-member creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Oct. 31 – Highland Capital Management, LP’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Oct. 29 by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Eric Felton of Redeemer Committee of Highland Crusader Fund of Glen Ellyn, Ill.; Paul McVoy of Meta-e Discovery of Milford, Conn.; Elizabeth Kozlowski of UBS Securities LLC and UBS AG London Branch, based in New York; and Joshua Terry of Acis Capital Management, LP and Acis Capital Management GP, LLP of Dallas.

HCMLP is an SEC-registered investment adviser on Dallas-based Highland Capital Management’s global alternative investment platform. The company filed bankruptcy on Oct. 16 under Chapter 11 case number 19-12239.
