Highbridge Principal Strategies readies $400 million CLO transaction

Tupelo, Miss., July 31 - Highbridge Principal Strategies, LLC is scheduled to price about $400 million of notes in a collateralized loan obligation in August, according to a market source on Wednesday.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

Highbridge Principal Strategies is the CLO manager.

The New York-based investment management firm priced its first CLO when it sold the $313 million Highbridge Loan Management 2012-1 Ltd. offering in September 2012.
