New Issue: Hidalgo County Regional Mobility, Texas, sells $61.6 million of bonds

New York, Nov. 14 - The Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority of Texas sold $61.6 million of series 2013 senior-lien vehicle registration fee revenue and refunding bonds, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/AA-/) were sold through Raymond James/Morgan Keegan and Estrada Hinojosa & Co. Inc.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2038 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2038 bonds have a 5.25% coupon priced at 103.612, and the 2043 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 99.383.
Proceeds will be used to finance transportation projects.
