Three hhgregg debtors post operating results for month ended Oct. 31

Pittsburgh, Dec. 10 – hhgregg, Inc. reported zero operating income, net sales and net income for October, the same as in September, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition, the company had no cash in October or September.

The Gregg Appliances Inc. debtor saw a $64,000 operating loss for October on zero net sales. The operating loss for September was $645,000, also on zero net sales.

Gregg Appliances posted a $100,000 October net loss, declining from $3.43 million of September net income.

Also, Gregg Appliances listed $12.16 million in cash as of Oct. 31, down slightly from $12.29 million at the end of September.

Meanwhile, the HHG Distributing LLC debtor also showed no operating income, net income, sales or cash for October or September.

hhgregg is an Indianapolis-based specialty retailer of consumer electronics and home appliances. The company filed for bankruptcy on March 6, 2017 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana under Chapter 11 case number 17-01302.
