By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, June 21 - Hertz Holdings Netherlands BV will start a roadshow on Tuesday for its €275 million offering of five-year senior unsecured notes (B1/B), according to market sources.

The roadshow wraps up on Friday.

Barclays Capital and JPMorgan are the physical bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering. BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB and Natixis Bleichroeder are the joint bookrunners.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance international fleet debt facilities and the Belgian fleet financing facility and for general corporate purposes.

The prospective issuer is a Netherlands-based unit of rental car company Hertz Global Holdings, Inc.
