Herley shareholder reports less than 5% ownership in company after sell off

Charlotte, N.C., June 29 - Herley Industries, Inc. shareholder Samjor, Inc., a general partner in Samjor Family LP, sold 363,439 shares of the company's stock for $15.45 per share on June 27.

As a result, the investor reduced the number of shares beneficially owned to 513,649, or about 3.7% of Herley's outstanding shares, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Located in Lancaster, Pa., Herley engineers microwave radio frequency and millimeter wave components and subsystems for defense and commercial customers.
