New Issue: Beaver County, Pa., authority sells $66.53 million of bonds for Heritage Valley

New York, Dec. 20 - The Hospital Authority of the County of Beaver, Pa., priced on Tuesday $66.53 million of series 2012 revenue bonds for the Heritage Valley Health System Inc., according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (A1/AA-/A+) were sold through senior manager Barclays Capital Inc.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2028 with 3% to 5% coupons. The 2022 to 2028 bonds were not reoffered.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements at the health care system's hospitals.
