Hereford Biofuels unsecured creditors committee gets new member

Pittsburgh, Feb. 11 - Hereford Biofuels, LP's official committee of unsecured creditors was reappointed Thursday by U.S. trustee William T. Neary to add one new member, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Specifically, Joe Eisele of Idaho Energy LP has been added to the committee.

The other committee members are Lee Souder of M. Hanna Construction Co., Inc., Sulphur Springs, Texas; Bev Gambrel of Vitel Communications Corp., Amarillo, Texas; Sam Patton of Casey Industrial, Broomfield, Colo.; John Benefield of Westcon, Inc., Dallas; and Mark D. Goranson of Landcoast Insulation, Inc., Houston.

Dallas-based Panda Ethanol, Inc. develops ethanol fuel plants. Its Hereford subsidiaries filed bankruptcy on Jan. 29. Their Chapter 11 cases are being administered under case number 09-30453.
