New Issue: Henry County School District, Ga., sells $214.26 million of G.O. bonds

New York, May 5 – The Henry County School District of Georgia sold $214,255,000 of series 2016 general obligation bonds, said a pricing sheet. The deal was upsized from $205.05 million.
The bonds (Aa2/AA) were sold through Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.
The bonds are due 2023 to 2033 with 3% to 5% coupons and yields from 1.37% to 2.47%.
Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, furnish and upgrade school facilities, as well as to purchase land for future schools, acquire buses and make technology upgrades.
