New Issue: Henry County School District, Ga., sells $94.55 million refunding bonds

New York, June 30 - The Henry County School District of Georgia sold $94.55 million of series 2011 general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa2/AA+/) were sold through senior manager Baird & Co. Inc.
The bonds are due 2012 to 2023 with 2% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2001 and 2004 G.O. bonds.
