New Issue: Henrico County, Va., brings to market $50.49 million of refunding bonds

New York, March 11 – Henrico County, Va., sold $50,485,000 of series 2015 general obligation public improvement refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet. The deal size was cut from $60,215,000.

The bonds (Aaa/AAA/AAA) were sold through senior manager Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2028 with 2% to 5% coupons and 0.14% to 2.82% yields.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing G.O. public improvement bonds.
