Moody's rates Hennepin County, Minn., bonds Aa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an initial rating of Aa3 and stable outlook to Hennepin County, Minn.'s $120 million of second lien sales tax revenue bonds (ballpark project), series 2008B.

Concurrently, Moody's said it affirmed the Aa1 rating and stable outlook on the county's $150 million of outstanding first lien sales tax revenue debt.

Sale of the series 2008B bonds is expected on March 31.
