S&P rates Hennepin County, Minn., bonds AAA
Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AAA rating to Hennepin County, Minn.'s $60 million of general obligation bonds, series 2008A.
The outlook is stable.
S&P also said it affirmed the AAA rating on the county's parity debt and the AA+ rating on the county's certificates of participation.
In total, about $487 million of debt was affected by the actions.
