Fitch rates Hennepin County, Minn., bonds AAA

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AAA rating to Hennepin County, Minn.'s $60 million of general obligation bonds, series 2008A.

At the same time, Fitch said it affirmed its AAA rating on the county's approximately $427.3 million of outstanding G.O. bonds.

The outlook is stable.

The 2008A bonds are scheduled for competitive sale on March 4.
