Henderson International Opportunities Fund's Peak to manage fund

Minneapolis, March 16 - Henderson Global Funds announced that effective April 2, Stephen Peak will become the lead portfolio manager to the Henderson International Opportunities Fund, according to a press release.

As previously announced, Iain Clark will be stepping down from his position.

Peak is the director of International Equities at Henderson Global Investors and has been a member of the fund's portfolio management team since its inception in August 2001. He is also the lead portfolio manager for the Henderson European Focus Fund.

The fund's investment adviser is Chicago-based Henderson Global Investors (North America) Inc.
