Henderson International Opportunities Fund drops co-asset allocation strategist Iain Clark

Minneapolis, March 15 - Henderson Global Funds announced that effective April 2, Iain Clark will no longer be a co-asset allocation strategist of the Henderson International Opportunities Fund, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bill McQuaker will remain as asset allocation strategist of the fund.

Stephen Peak, John Crawford, Andrew Mattock, Bill McQuaker, Stuart O'Gorman, Tim Stevenson, Ian Warmerdam and Michael Wood-Martin continue to manage the fund, with Peak as the lead portfolio manager.

The fund's investment adviser is Chicago-based Henderson Global Investors (North America) Inc.
