Hemcure exchanges $1.87 million defaulted note for stock

New York, Aug. 9 - Hemcure Inc. said it has exchanged the full $1,875,100 of the notes it is currently in default under into common shares.

The company issued a total of 218,750 common shares for the notes.

Based in Aurora, Colo., Hemcure is a biotechnology company focused on gastroenterology.
