Delphi to price senior notes due 2020, 2026 for acquisition funding

Virginia Beach, Nov. 9 – Delphi Automotive plc plans to sell senior notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering includes maturities of 2020 and 2026.

Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of HellermannTyton Group plc. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Delphi is a vehicle components manufacturer based in Gillingham, England.
