HellermannTyton to start roadshow on Friday for €215 million floaters

Portland, Ore., Nov. 29 - HellermannTyton Finance plc plans to start a roadshow on Friday in London for a €215 million offering of five-year senior secured floating-rate notes, according to a market source.

The deal is set to price during the week ahead.

Goldman Sachs International is the global coordinator. Commerzbank and Mizuho Securities are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes become callable in one year at 102.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

The company is a Vienna, Austria-based global manufacturer of cable management products.
