Amdocs’ 0.5% convertibles due 2024 are convertible through Dec. 31

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 30 – Amdocs Ltd.’s $600,000 of 0.5% convertible senior notes due 2024 continue to be convertible by holders through the fiscal quarter ending Dec. 31, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The conversion right was triggered because the closing price per share of Amdocs’ common stock exceeded 130% of the dividend-adjusted conversion price of $41.38 for at least 20 trading days during the 30 consecutive trading days ended on Sept. 30.

The company’s stock closed at $56.88 (NYSE: DOX) on Wednesday.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Amdocs provides software and services for communications, media and entertainment industry service providers. The company is based in Chesterfield, Mo.
