Los Angeles, June 22 – Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA announced that subsidiary OTE plc issued €80 million of bonds due October 2023 with a yield of 3.701%, according to a press release.
The new bond was fully subscribed by Deutsche Telekom AG.
Proceeds will be used to refinance part of OTE’s €150 million bond that matured on June 8.
The telecommunications company is based in Athens.
