Chicago, June 16 – Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA announced that subsidiary OTE plc issued €150 million of bonds due June 2023 with a yield of 0.666%, according to an announcement.
The new bond was fully subscribed by Deutsche Telekom AG.
The issue will not be listed for trading.
Guaranteed by OTE SA, the bonds are being issued under an existing global medium-term note program.
Proceeds will be used to refinance part of the €375 million bond issued by OTE plc maturing in July.
The telecommunications company is based in Athens.
