By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., March 28 - Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG began a roadshow on Monday in London for a €300 million offering of seven-year senior notes, according to an informed source.

The roadshow continues on Tuesday in London, before moving to the European continent for presentations on Wednesday and Thursday.

Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank and LBBW are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S for life deal.

DZ Bank, HSBC and WestLB are the co-managers.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

Credit ratings remain to be determined.

The Heidelberg, Germany-based manufacturer of offset printing presses plans to use the proceeds to refinance existing debt.
