HeidelbergCement tightens talk on €750 million eight-year notes to mid-swaps plus 205 bps

Portland, Ore., May 25 – HeidelbergCement AG tightened spread talk on its €750 million offering of eight-year notes to mid-swaps plus 205 basis points, according to a London-based debt capital markets banker.

The deal is expected to price shortly.

Early talk was mid-swaps plus 225 bps to 230 bps.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Citigroup, Danske and Banca IMI are leading the deal for the Heidelberg, Germany-based building supplies company.
