Moody's: HeidelbergCement notes Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional Ba2 instrument rating to HeidelbergCement Finance BV's CHF 150 million senior unsecured bonds.

Moody's said the assignment of a definitive rating to the new bonds is subject to a review of the associated final documentation.
