S&P: Heckler & Koch view stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Heckler & Koch GmbH to stable from negative, reflecting the agency's expectation that financial performance will keep improving and support the credit profile.

The B- corporate credit and senior secured debt ratings were affirmed.

Ratings reflect high leverage, aggressive financial policy, modest size and relatively high customer concentration, the agency said.

The company benefits from the quality of its product portfolio, leading niche market positions and strong technological expertise, S&P noted.

For the 12 months to March 31, the issuer's adjusted debt-to-EBITDA was 10.3 times.
