New Issue: UBS prices $14.89 million commodity-linked securities on basket

Columbus, Ohio, May 19 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $14.89 million of 0% commodity-linked securities due May 16, 2024 linked to the performance of an equally-weighted basket of eight commodities, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of West Texas Intermediate light sweet crude oil futures contracts, heating oil, natural gas futures, corn, soybeans, gasoline, copper and zinc.
If the basket finishes positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket gain.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
UBS Investment Bank is the agents with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as placement agent.
