By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., May 24 – Heathrow Finance plc launched an upsized £275 million offering of 10-year senior secured notes (Ba3//BB+) at 3 7/8%, according to a market source.

The deal is set to price later Wednesday.

The amount of the offering was increased from £250 million.

The offering was launched at the tight end of price talk in the 4% area and is playing to around £1.6 billion of orders, the source said.

Barclays, ING and JPMorgan are joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners. BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, ICBC and RBC Capital Markets are also joint bookrunners.

The London-based international airport plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
