AMC Networks selling $600 million 10-year senior notes Monday

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 10 - AMC Networks Inc. plans to sell a $600 million offering of 10-year senior notes (existing ratings B2/BB-) on Monday, according to a market source.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is the left lead bookrunner.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Barclays, RBS Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., UBS Securities LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc., Guggenheim, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and RBC Capital Markets LLC are the joint bookrunners for the deal.

The Securities and Exchange Commission-registered notes will be non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to repay the term loan B facility in full, in an amount equal to approximately $587.6 million, with the remaining proceeds of approximately$400,000 to be used for general corporate purposes.

The cable television content provider is based in New York.
