AMC Networks to redeem all 4¾% notes due 2022, some 5% notes due 2024

New York, Jan. 26 – AMC Networks Inc. plans to redeem its remaining $400 million outstanding 4¾% senior notes due 2022 (Cusip: 00164VAC7) and $600 million of the outstanding $1 billion 5% senior notes due 2024 (Cusip: 00164VAD5) on Feb. 26, according to a news release.

The 2022 notes will be redeemed at par, and the 2024 notes will be redeemed at a price of 102.5, in each case plus interest.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

AMC is a New York-based entertainment company.
