AMC Networks will redeem notes due 2022, 2024 with new notes

Chicago, Jan. 25 – AMC Networks Inc. announced that it will use the proceeds of a new offering of senior notes due 2029 to redeem the remaining $400 million of its 4¾% senior notes due 2022 at par and the $100 million outstanding of its 5% senior notes due April 2024 at 102.5, according to a press release.

AMC is a New York-based owner and operator of brands in cable television.
