AMC Entertainment calls all outstanding 9¾% notes due 2020 at 104.875

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 30 – AMC Entertainment Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., plans to redeem all of its outstanding 9¾% senior subordinated notes due 2020 on Dec. 1, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.875 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The aggregate principal amount of notes outstanding on Oct. 30 was $18,676,000.

AMC is a movie exhibitor based in Leawood, Kan.
