Moody's: AMC outlook to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed AMC Entertainment, Inc.'s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its B2 corporate family and probability of default ratings, as well as all other instrument ratings.

Moody's said expectations for a stronger credit and operating profile following the proposed acquisition of AMC Entertainment by Dalian Wanda Group Co. Ltd., as well as improved performance, drove the outlook revision.
