Moody's: No change for AMC Entertainment

Moody's Investors Service said AMC Entertainment Inc.'s proposed acquisition of Kerasotes Showplace Theaters, LLC is not likely to affect its debt ratings.

These are maintained under the name of its parent company, Marquee Holdings, Inc., which is rated B1.

The ratings consider the business risk and competitive position of the company and its capital structure and financial risk, Moody's said.
