New York, April 27 - HealthSport, Inc. concluded a $3 million private placement of stock with a group of former National Football League players.
The investors bought 2 million shares at $1.50 each.
The investors include former NFL players Bruce Smith, Bernie Kosar and Jim Kelly.
Based in Amherst, N.Y., HealthSport develops a line of nutritional supplements.
