HealthEast Care, Minn., considers refunding offering for its 2005 debt

New York, May 4 – The HealthEast Care System of Minnesota might come to market with a refunding, the system announced in a statement Monday.

The health care system is considering refunding its series 2005 hospital facility revenue bonds issued through the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, said the statement.

There is no assurance the offering will take place. The pricing and timing of the deal are subject to market conditions.
