Fitch rates Catholic Healthcare, Tenn., bonds AA+/F1+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a rating of AA+/F1+ to the Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the County of Knox, Tenn.'s adjustable rate hospital facilities revenue bonds, series 2008 (Catholic Healthcare Partners), consisting of $30 million of series 2008A and $45 million of series 2008B.

The ratings reflect irrevocable, direct-pay letters of credit from Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg, New York Branch, which is rated A+/F1+.
