New Issue: Brevard County Health, Fla., prices $256.79 million Health First bonds

New York, Dec. 3 – The Brevard County Health Facilities Authority sold $256.79 million of series 2014 health facilities revenue refunding bonds for Health First Inc., according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (A3/A-/) were sold through Barclays and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2036 and 2039. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2036 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 99.004, and the 2039 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 109.969.
Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2009 revenue bonds.
