New Issue: India's HCL Technologies sells Rs. 5 billion of secured debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 11 - HCL Technologies Ltd. said it priced an issue of Rs. 5 billion of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures.

The company sold 5,000 of the 8.8% debentures of Rs. 1 million each. These debentures will mature in five years.

HCL Technologies, based in Noida, India, is an information technology services provider.
