AMB Property files automatic shelf registration for debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 14 - AMB Property LP filed a debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be guaranteed by AMB Property Corp.

The San Francisco-based real estate developer will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
